Presenters must assume responsibility for all travel, lodging and other Assembly related expenses. Applicants must indicate any date or time constraints for religious, cultural, professional, or other reasons when proposals are submitted. Persons
who have been accepted to present at the Assembly must participate at
the time scheduled or arrange to have the presentation delivered by
an appropriate substitute.
All workshop materials are expected to comply with confidentiality guidelines; individual case information needs to be confidential unless a release has been obtained from the individual whose case is presented. Presenters are invited to attend workshops during the four-days of the Assembly at no charge. Presenters are required to formally register for the Assembly to reserve a spot in the workshops they would like to attend. Please call the TLC office toll-free at 877-306-5256 to register by June 1 to reserve your spot! Presenters who have been selected to participate in the Assembly must submit handout materials electronically by June 1, 2008. Handouts will be made available for download by Assembly attendees only. We recommend that you also provide hard copies of your handouts to participants. Call or email a week or two prior to the Assembly for current counts on your Workshop. IMPORTANT: Please send your handout to: Deva Ludwig, 2616 Sunnybrook Drive, Kalamazoo, MI 49008 or by email to devaludwig@tlcinst.org. |
